Meet The Team
Tito - Office Manager
Tito was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he found his passion for dentistry. Prior to becoming an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant he worked as a Medical Assistant at Delaware Valley Community Health Center. He was given the opportunity of a lifetime to attend school to become an EFDA at Harcum University with paid Tuition from the ADA. Shortly after, Tito went to work for the University of Pennsylvania where he shifted into a Clinical Management role. In 2017, Tito and his husband, Anthony, adopted their son, Preston, and moved to Florida. After living in Florida for a year, Tito began working at our practice as a Dental Assistant and soon after became our Office Manager. Tito loves the team at our practice and is dedicated to standing by the vision and mission of Clermont Family Dentistry. In his spare time, Tito loves to spend time with his family.
Jennifer Jusino - Financial Coordinator
Jennifer was born in Brooklyn, NY and was raised in Apopka, FL. She found her passion for dentistry while searching for an office position close to home in 2009. Jennifer attended Westside Vocational Technical School in 2000 where she received her Administrative Assistant Certificate. In the past, Jennifer has worked in an Oncology Medical Office and Pulte Homes. What she likes best about working at our office is being able to come to work each day and make everyone at the office, including our patients, laugh.
Laurie Umandal - Front Office Coordinator
Laurie was born in Pasco, WA but was raised in the Philippines where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology. She comes to Clermont Family Dentistry from West Covina, CA where she helped manage a dental implant office.
Laurie now resides in Winter Garden with her husband and three children. She loves to read and enjoys spending time with her family.
Keirstn Awada - Front Office Coordinator
Keirstn was born in Miami, but grew up in Orlando, FL. She was in a pre-dental group at UCF and has been in the dental industry for 6 years. Keirstn graduated with her bachelor’s degree in biomedical and physical science with an art minor. Her hobbies include anything artistic including sewing, crafting, and graphic design. Keirstn loves interacting and helping patients make their time at our office as enjoyable and easy as possible.
Linda Bressler - Hygienist
Linda was born in Staten Island NY, and moved to New Jersey with her family, where she attended a dental assistant program. She went on to work as a dental assistant for 10 years before deciding to continue her education. She graduated from Middlesex County College with an Associate Degree in Applied Science and Dental Hygiene. She also obtained her license for local anesthesia from the University of Florida.
Linda has been in our office since 2013 and has worked with Dr. Buechele for 9 years. She is truly thankful for having found a great family work team. Linda loves working with patients and she especially feels accomplished when she can make a patient with previous negative memories of dentistry feel comfortable and happy receiving care. Linda has developed strong and lasting relationships with so many of our patients.
In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family and friends. Linda loves her two rescue fur babies Beau, the dog, and Bugzy, the cat. You might find her in her her true happy place- any of the west coast beaches- or watching a NY Yankees game.
Cecily Mingoes - Hygienist
Cecily’s start in dentistry began in 2015, as a Certified Dental Assistant. After realizing a strong passion for dentistry, Cecily decided to further her education in dental hygiene. She earned her degree as a Certified Registered Dental Hygienist at Broward College in South Florida. Cecily’s ultimate goal as a hygienist is to build relationships with her patients that are centered around educating and motivating them towards an optimal state of oral health. Cecily is also an active member of the ADHA (American Dental Hygiene Association) and strives to continuously educate herself in order to provide quality care for patients.
Sindy - Hygienist
Sindy was born and raised in Honduras and came to the United States at the age of 9. Her passion for dentistry began when she accepted a job as a dental assistant in 2005. After 7 years of assisting, she went back to school to become a Registered Dental Hygienist and has now been working as a RDH for 6 1/2 years! Sindy thrives at Clermont Family Dentistry because she loves the team work environment and that everyone shares the goal to go above and beyond for the patients. Her favorite part of being a hygienist is being able to help patients through their oral health journey and see their transformations. In her spare time, she loves to travel with her two kids.
Sarah Dyal - Hygienist
Sarah was born in Arkansas and moved to Florida when she was three years old. She started working in dentistry when she was fifteen years old and worked as a dental assistant for ten years before deciding she wanted to pursue a dental hygiene career. She attended dental hygiene school at Saint Petersburg College and has a Bachelor of Applied Science in dental hygiene. She is also certified to administer local anesthesia in the state of Florida. Sarah has been practicing dental hygiene for sixteen years now, and considers her patients to be more like family than patients. When Sarah is not in the office, she loves getting to spend time with her husband and son. Together, they attend Real Life Christian Church, watch soccer, and enjoy visiting with family and friends.
Tammy Kessler - Assistant
Tammy was born and raised in a small town in Southern Indian where everyone helped their neighbors. This gave her the passion to help people be optimistic in life by smiling and laughing. Tammy’s enthusiasm and compassion caught the attention of a local dentist who wanted her to join her team. That is when her drive and passion for educating people about oral hygiene began. She has spent the past 16 years dedicating herself to sharing her knowledge and helping others. The most rewarding part of being a dental assistant for her, is watching people’s lives change when they feel more confident about their healthy smiles. Tammy is grateful to have the honor and privilege of working alongside two amazing dentists and a dynamic team of co-workers that feel like family.
Tina McDaniel - Assistant
Tina is from Pensacola FL and has been a Dental Assistant for 6 years. She attended Fortis Institute in 2013, where she received her CDA certificate. Shortly after receiving her certificate, she began working in an office to which she dedicated 5 years. Tina takes great pride in taking care of her patients throughout their entire visit. She is warm, caring, and attentive to all of the patients she meets. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Julie Marhon - Assistant
Julie has been a dental assistant for more than 18 years, and an employee of our practice for over 5 years. When she’s not caring for patients, she enjoys spending time at Disney with her husband and two children, playing outdoors, crafting, traveling, and participating in musical theater. Julie loves being an assistant and takes time to thoroughly explain procedures to her patients and ensures their comfort and care is a priority. She can often be heard singing around our office.
Nicole Sperone - Assistant
Nicole began her dental career about 3 years ago as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. She is passionate about getting to know all of our patients and making sure they receive quality service and attention. Our patients enjoy her bubbly, positive personality and radiant smile. In her free time Nicole works part time as a bartender and loves to travel, sing, and spend time with family and friends.
