At Clermont Family Dentistry, we’re committed to providing you with solutions for all your dental problems. While we offer a range of cosmetic and restorative treatments, the best way you can care for your teeth is through good oral habits that prevent the need for more costly procedures. Our team can help you keep your teeth in pristine condition, and maintain a healthy smile with only a few appointments per year.

6 Month Checkups and Evaluations

One of the most common questions we receive is about the appropriate length of time between checkups. While it can vary based on your current dental health, our recommended checkup schedule is to set an appointment with our team every six months. This is close enough that we can clean your teeth before the plaque starts to build up, and catch looming problems before it’s too late. During these checkups, Dr. Mundi Buechele and the rest of our team will give you a thorough oral examination and teeth cleaning treatment, so that your smile can remain fresh and strong until your next visit.

Proactive Preventative Treatments

If we have identified a current or potential oral health risk during your check-up, we offer safe, pain-free, preventative procedures to solve the problems before they become larger. From simple fillings to more complicated procedures like root canal therapy, we promise to provide the best preventative care possible without damaging your teeth. Protecting your teeth with early preventative treatment will ensure you’re preserving your smile and saving money by avoiding more costly procedures. If you haven’t been to the dentist recently, or are coming up on six months since your last appointment, call us now at 352-242-1763.

X-rays and Intraoral Imaging

The best dental care is often the most detailed and precise care. That’s why we use state-of-the-art technology to detect any irregularities with your teeth during your 6-month checkups. X-rays and our intraoral cameras provide a clear, accurate image of your mouth, allowing us to provide better oral care and more personal treatment. The scans are non-invasive and fast, so you won’t experience any discomfort during the procedure.

Cancer Screenings

We try our best to be as comprehensive in our care as possible. At Clermont Family Dentistry, we include oral cancer screenings in all our general checkups. By examining your gums, lips, and tongue, our team can quickly spot out-of-place bumps or abnormalities and take the appropriate steps to ensure that it can be dealt with early and effectively. If you’ve discovered unusual sores, flat patches, or bumps and wish to have them looked at, we’re happy to schedule an appointment for you.

We’re Invested in Your Health at Clermont Family Dentistry

Good dentistry doesn’t happen with one appointment. A healthy smile is only possible if you continue to have good oral hygiene habits. That’s why we help you create an oral health plan for life. Our goal is to see you smiling every day of the year, not just when you’re in our practice.

If you have any questions or are looking to book an appointment, contact us at 352-242-1763. We’re always happy to help you stay in full health. You can also talk to us in person. We’re located at 12344 Roper Blvd, Clermont, FL. Stop by at any time during our practice hours!
